Bucharest, July 2nd, 2024 – The local real estate developer & investor River Development announces the lease of a 1,200 s qm space to the worldwide leading player in the data center industry - Infinity Cloud Technologies, on the ground floor of the Paris Office Building, in Sema Parc. The object of the signed contract is the rental of a compartmentalized space with an area of 1,200 square meters necessary for functioning in optimal conditions of data centers, in order to provide the critical IT infrastructure needed to deliver resources and services to business employees, partners and customers around the world.
„We are excited that one of the largest providers and operators of data centers is extending its business and joins our business community in Sema Parc. Their mission, to empower businesses with reliable, scalable, and secure data center services, facilitating their digital transformation journey, blends wonderfully with our goals of supporting innovation and offering opportunities to our tenants to access cutting-edge solutions and therefore, contributing to their business success.” declares Oana Rădulea, Managing Partner River Development.
In addition to the rental services of office spaces and warehouses in the existing buildings in the business park, Sema Parc also offers many other benefits to tenants, such as: green spaces, charging stations for electric cars, green power. Also, Sema Parc offers its clients integrated communications services, through its own local telecom operator, using its own fiber optic infrastructure. These services include: interconnection with all telecom operators in Romania, IT equipment hosting using its own data center, underground fiber optic rental and implementation of backup / redundant connections.
“Infinity Cloud Technologies debuts its expansion in Europe, not only in Romania, with this new rented space, increased power capacity and network options. Given Infinity’s strategic position along key long haul fiber routes and location in Dubai and many other locations, worldwide, our data center is well positioned in Sema Parc, for continued IT infrastructure services growth, serving the growing demand for server rentals, cloud applications and hosting services." said Zekeriya KELCE, CEO of Infinity Cloud Technologies..
“Most of today’s data center providers simply sell space. Infinity Cloud Technologies goes beyond just that by offering comprehensive service packages that are enabling enterprises to outsource the ongoing management of their data center. To accommodate the tenant, a joint effort was needed to create tailored solutions such as: enhanced cooling systems, 750 kva power increase, strong Internet connectivity for seamless data transmission, and more. We are thrilled with this successful transaction and we appreciate the reliability and expertise River Development’s team of professionals.” says Alin Ghenea, Senior Consultant iO Partners.
